After a stay still week last week, I have lost 4 lbs this week and have lost 3 st in total since the summer holidays.
The Scottish Slimmers dietline has certainly kicked started my losing efforts!
I have coped with my problem times when I am tired and just want to raid the nearest chocolate shop by planning ahead and ensuring I have sweet snacks and a low calorie chocolate drink to hand. That has made a huge difference.
I am also coping working away from home, but look out for next week to see if I get the weight loss again.
