Oh Dear Me!!

I must get back into control. Greenock was good for me, but Birmingham has left me out of control. After our wonderful Caribbean dream holiday I have not got back into my diet and so far have gained 12 lbs.

I must, I really must, get back into the diet and gain control of my eating. I must stop craving chocolate, luxury coffees, and cakes (sorry Starbucks, I fear I will be spending less there now).
