I have now lost 13 lbs since joinin the Scottish Slimmers Dietline, where you phone or email your personal dietline advisor and can get 1-2-1 advice and guidance from your own dedicated adviser. The support forum is also an excellent way of gaining extra support.
This week, despite being on holiday in France I have lost 3 lbs. I give myself one lovely foodie treat a day instead of my usual snack to make the treat really special. I am also not abstaining from eating out in the lovely restaraunts nearby, but you will find the French have a generally very healthy diet and lifestyle. To help I use my every day bonus (fat free yogurt and fruit) for breakfast and a snack (thus saving checks) to help with eating out and the daily treat.
I am beginning to feel really good about myself and have noticed the weight loss in my changing shape, smaller clothes sizes and slimmer face.
