Walk my feet off (and my big bum)!!

I am now working in Birmingham during the week, my consultancy at Greenock has come to an end. I loved working in Greenock, the people I worked with were great and the consultancy was rewarding and developmental for me.

Having only just started in Birmingham, I am still trying to get to grips with what I am there to do.

Now to the point of this post - the centre of Birmingham is more hilly than you realise. Everywhere I go is either up hill or down hill, and I have to walk between buildings and around buildings constantly!

This has helped to speed up my weight loss and tone up my thighs and bum - I end up feeling like I have done a work out every day. I might start to wear my pedometer more regularly!

Now I only have 2 lbs to go before I reach my 5 stone weight loss.

Nothing like some hills to firm and tone up those thighs, is there!

JJ, you are so right. Now my trousers are nearly falling off!! Walking is better than the gym, and cheaper.
